Our Pay Periods
Biweekly pay periods are a common payroll schedule employed by many organizations, where team members receive their wages every two weeks. This arrangement typically results in 26 paychecks throughout the year, as opposed to the more traditional monthly or semimonthly pay schedules. One of the key advantages of biweekly pay periods is the consistency they provide, enabling our team members to predict when their paychecks will be deposited into their bank accounts. This regularity can be particularly helpful for budgeting and financial planning, as team members can align their expenses and savings goals with the predictable biweekly income cycle.
This consistency aids in the accurate calculation of overtime, deductions, and benefits, making it easier for both Lee Canyon and our team members to navigate the financial aspects of their work.

Please Wear Your Nametag
Team Members are kindly reminded that nametags are not optional and need to be worn at all times when working with or around our guests. Wearing nametags when interacting with guests serves as a simple yet impactful practice that fosters a sense of transparency, approachability and personalized service for our guests. Nametags instantly humanize us, providing guests with a tangible point of reference for their inquiries, feedback, or commendations.
By clearly displaying our names, we convey a commitment to open communication and are more likely to be perceived as friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall quality of customer service. Nametags not only streamline interactions but also contribute to a positive and memorable guest experience by transforming what could be impersonal transactions into meaningful and human connections.
Using Paycom to Get Paid!
For the Winter Season of 2023/2024, Lee Canyon has fully transitioned to Paycom as our payroll system.
It is your individual responsibility to verify the accuracy of your timecard for each pay period. Prior to commencing your employment with us, kindly install the Paycom app on your phone or tablet. If you opt not to utilize the Paycom app, you still have the option to clock in and out using one of the time clocks available at the Resort. Nevertheless, we highly recommend using the app, as it not only facilitates time tracking but also enables you to update personal information, request time off or sick leave, and access your pay stub, among other features.
To log in via the app, please follow the instructions outlined below:
Your username and password are established by you during the self-onboarding process. If you require assistance with resetting your password, kindly visit the Human Resources Department.
Once you successfully are logged in, you will see a small blue “clock” button on the screen. Please use this button to punch in and out with.
Payroll is processed every other week. It remains your personal responsibility to confirm the accuracy of your time for each pay period. Any errors or missing pay will be rectified in the subsequent regularly scheduled paycheck. Exceptions to this rule must be approved by the Director of Human Resources.
